Liam found Pikachu in October 2023 one evening when we was walking home. She was on her own and in such a bad way. Her eyes were infected and almost fully closed, she was severely emaciated and anaemic from all the fleas.  It took her a while to recover and it was weeks before she was able to fully open her eyes. Only then did we get to see what big, beautiful, blue eyes she has. She made friends with Nugget and is now with him up at the shelter.
