In August of 2017, Cosmo, was dumped at the shelter with his sisters. The pups were friendly and in good health but this wouldn't have lasted long if they had been left to a life on the streets. As Cosmo grew he just got friendlier and more outgoing. He is such an enthusiastic boy, loves everyone and everything and his tail never stops wagging.
