Description from the shelter

Chelsea is a gentle and sweet dog. As she has been at the shelter most of her life, she will undoubtedly need time to adjust to a home environment. The presence of another stable dog will certainly do her good, but it is especially important that her adopters have kindness and patience and let Chelsea discover her new world at her own pace. Chelsea was born without a tail. 

How Chelsea came to RSDR

We rescued Chelsea and her five siblings on the 26 July 2013. Their mother (Bonita) tried her upmost to defend her pups from a number of children who were horribly abusing them and a few local adults who were attempting to kill them. Sadly, when we got there, one of the puppies had already been killed. We brought Mum and the remaining pups back to the safety of the shelter.
