We have known and cared for Lily since September 2007. We have tried to keep her in the house and the garden but she is not happy and will destroy anything to get out. Once she does get out, she settles happily by our gate. If any of us go out, she goes with us and often hitches a ride in the car. We did manage to get her spayed in 2010 and an old bullet removed from her leg. Lily was born on the streets and would not adapt to being confined which is why she isn't available for adoption. She is one of the gentlest natured dogs that we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Lily has been missing since December 2012.
