Lightspeed,  because of the costs of flights it would be up to the person adopting to book and pay for flights. We could arrange for a dog to be fostered in Holland and the person adopting could arrange a flight from Amsterdam. There are likely to be more flights from Amsterdam than there are from Bulgaria. At the moment we can only arrange transport by road to Holland. Some flights will allow dogs to travel alone while others will insist that someone travels with the dog. It does work out to be very expensive and other people that have looked into it have been put off by the cost.
