Ben's Story:
Two men came to the house with Ben and we had to explain that we did not have any more room to take in any more dogs. They said he would be killed if we didn't take him. They took the rope off him and started to throw stones at him to scare him into the forest. They then drove off. Ben made his way down to the house where he could see us. He was drooling as he was so scared and confused. The only place we could put him was the cellar. He was quite happy to follow me down there. He is a loving and trusting boy despite how he has suffered.
Oscars Story
We were asked to take Oscar after he was found on the streets. The lady who found him was unable to keep him in her apartment. Oscar is very thin and his teeth aren't so good. He has to be fed tinned meat and soft foods. He is used to living in a house and knows how to open doors so was probably once someone's dog.
Tristans Story
Tristan was found in another town. Kerry and Tony saw a lady beating this street pup with a broom. He ran happily to Kerry and they brought him home. He is a big pup but still had all his baby teeth. We guess he was born at the end of July. He is very happy, friendly and outgoing with people and other animals. He is a very intelligent dog and took only a couple of days to learn to sit and give his paw. He will need a large garden, plenty of exercise and someone who has plenty of time to train him and play with him.
